Where did you grow up?
My father was an Air Force Chaplain, so I grew up all over the world. England and Germany were my favorite overseas assignments with my family.

What Dental Hygiene school did you attend/when did you graduate?
Foothill College, Los Altos Hills California. 1986 graduate.

Where do you work?
I am officially retired. I am a ODHA volunteer. I got my Oklahoma License so I can serve Oklahomans with limited access to oral health opportunities.

Family/Pets?
My husband Tom & I have been married for 36 years. We have 4 children & I am “Oma” to 5 grandkids. Used to have a weenie dog, but my mom-in-love fed her so many treats, she decided to hop in her van and never come home. We have visitation rights.  😉

Hobbies?
I love to travel, go to plays and read. I can only do one of those right now, I am re-reading the “Wheel of Time” for the 4th time. I started reading that series with my son Luke when he was deployed in Afghanistan, it helped me feel closer to him.

Favorite Quote?
Unity occurs when we combine our unique differences together as we head for a common goal. It is the sense that the thing that we are gathered for & moving toward is bigger than our own individual preferences. Tony Evans.

What is the one thing most people wouldn’t know about you?
I was originally a theater arts major at University of Maryland in Munich Germany. My specialty was Pantomime, but let’s not talk about it. 😉
