Updated State Practice Act 2021 — SB408

Due to the passing of senate bill 408, there have been many changes to Oklahoma’s Practice Act. These changes can be viewed here.

The ODHA recommends that you read this ASAP since there are a lot of changes that affect all dental professionals in Oklahoma. Some highlights include:
– 20 hours CE in 2 year recording period
– RDHs can advertise working for a specific DDS at their office.
– RDHs can give vaccinations under general supervision.
